Shawnee Smith (born July 3 1970, weighing 5 inches 3 inches) is an American actor and actress in television and film as well as a musician. Smith is best known for playing Amanda Young in Saw and Linda in CBS"sitting show" Becker. Smith was one of the founding members of the Fydolla's ho the heavy metal group which toured across the United States as well as the United Kingdom. Smith also formed Smith & Pyle together with Missi Pyle in a desert country rock band. Shawnee Smith born in Orangeburg South Carolina was the daughter of Jim Smith and to Patricia Smith, who was an oncology nurse. Jim Smith also served as a member of the US Air Force and was an advisor to financial institutions. Family members moved from South Carolina to Van Nuys California when she was a year old her parents divorced when she was two and her mother got married when she was 8. Her school was Ranchito Avenue elementary school in Panorama City Los Angeles, as well as Madison Jr. High School in North Hollywood. The same year, she performed in her own solo show What's I Going to do with My life Now? It also included a stay of a time in the venue Just For Laughs.
