Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15th August 1994, in USA. Although Ashley hasn't talked extensively about her parents, she has been credited by her father with the beginning of her love for working out as his bodybuilder career was very popular in the 20s and 30s of his life. Ashley began swimming at the age of 4 and has continued this for over 10 years. Although she entered several competitions but she was not committed enough to follow an eating plan that allowed her body to function at its best. Her attractive appearance and her slim physique made her famous while she was in high school. However, it's not known the extent to which Ashley dated anyone at the time. Ashley inspired by her success in 2013, at the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships won seventh place. Inspiring by her defeat, she continued training hard. After winning fifth place at the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley made the decision to not compete anymore. Although she had been receiving photoshoot offers while competing, Ashley did not want her two careers to be combined. Now that she quit competing, she turned into an exercise model. Her cover was published in a well-known magazine for fitness that launched her fitness modelling career. She signed with an agency immediately following. The model has now become a sought-after model and has appeared for many bikini brands and worldwide known clothing brands.
